 OneClick
allows you to create customized auto-reconnecting remote support customer modules that allow you to
see and operate the remote computer in real-time over an encrypted connection, type commands, control the
mouse, transfer files, reboot into safe mode, run as a
system service to allow logon/logoff. The optional web based configuration
lets you easily change your settings making dynamic IP address use simple
without having to recompile
your support module or redistribute them if they were installed as part of a permanent
or pre-installed system. It also has a Remote Start module that runs as a system service
that will allow you to start the session even if the customers computer is unattended and not logged
on.

The option to prompt the
customer for the workstation (port) number and/or repeater ID code allows
you to support all of your technician workstations from a single customer
download module. Repeater mode enables both the technician and the
customer to establish connections from behind firewalls at locations such as a hotels or Internet
Cafe's.

May 2006. Advantig OneClick is a free, non-expiring, fully working remote support system for
non-commercial use with no nag screens. If you wish to use OneClick for commercial use
or in a commercial environment, an unlimited commercial license is available
which removes the Non-Commercial Use prompt. The Creator is licensed for use on only
one workstation per license but the customer modules it creates may be used to
support an unlimited number of customers for multiple technician seats anywhere in your
organization. You will normally
only need one license to create modules for all of your technicians and
customers. For more

Commercial OneClick
Multi-Site License
The OneClick commercial license allows unlimited technician seats anywhere in your organization to use the software from any site. "Any Site" is defined as any geographical location of a place of business that is owned by or reports to the site that holds the
license. If an individual is a permanent or temporary employee that works from an alternate location but is assigned to any site of the license holder, the individual is authorized by the global/multi-site license to use the
software for the duration of their employment.
This is not a license to redistribute the software outside of
your organization. Unlimited means unlimited, our unlimited license is not limited to a maximum number of employees.
OneClick is a non-profit
product, commercial license sales do not and are not intended to cover the
development costs of the OneClick product. Development of OneClick
is funded almost entirely by DualDesk so updates, upgrades and new
features for OneClick may not always advance as quickly as everyone would
like. If you would like to help support the continued development of
OneClick, you may do so by buying a commercial license and/or providing
feedback and suggestions. All OneClick commercial license purchases
and donations are used only for the OneClick product.
OneClick is based on our
AutoVNC product, not based on our DualDesk product and DualDesk is not based
on SingleClick so the look and feel and functionality of DualDesk
cannot be duplicated by the OneClick add-on. It would require major changes to
the UltraVNC SC source code. The original UltraVNC SC
source code can be found at www.uvnc.com
and the OneClick version with the Advantig icons and graphics is available
on request if you wish to make changes.
Advantig OneClick add-on for UltraVNC SC is distributed as Freeware NOT Public Domain
software. You may use this software for non-commercial use only. If you
use OneClick in a commercial or corporate environment or charge for
services rendered you must buy a commercial license, You
may use the software on any number of computers without time limits.
You are allowed to freely distribute the software, but Advantig Corporation retains ownership and
copyright of the software and the documentation.
You may use and/or bundle or distribute the software together with other software products in the same installer and/or on the same
media. You may not use the software for commercial activities. You may
not use the software for illegal activities. You may not use the software to
support any third party product without the express written consent of
Advantig.
You may not modify the program or documentation files in any way. You may
not reverse
engineer, decompile or otherwise reduce the software to human readable format.
You may not sell the software or charge a distribution fee except to recover the actual physical
media costs and the actual postage and or shipping costs excluding handling fees.
You must include all files that were in the original distribution.
